Piperazine is an organic compound consisting of a six-membered ring containing two nitrogen atoms in opposite positions in the ring. Cerdulatinib is a reversible ATP-competitive dual JAK and Syk inhibitor. The FDA granted orphan drug status to cerdulatinib for the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).
